I can begin to imagine...I really can. I live in Southern Indiana USA, just across the Ohio River from Kentucky, and we've been having quite a heat wave the past two weeks. Our highs have been up to 105°F with heat indices as high as 110°F because the humidity is so bad. This is very hot for us for this time of the year, and we have broken so many record highs for our area that I have lost count. I hope you are drinking as much water as you can and staying as cool as possible.
